General Manager-QSR

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from daily operations and food safety to financial performance and staff development.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Culture: Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team. Foster a positive, inclusive work environment where every employee is set up for success.Operational Excellence: Ensure the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and speed of service are met during every shift.Financial Oversight: Manage labor costs, inventory, and waste to maximize profitability.
