DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES This position may be required to perform additional tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned: Loading and Unloading product on, and into flatbed and box trucks according to assigned manifest using forklifts Responsible for other warehouse duties within the department as assigned by the supervisor Ability to understand and follow internal and external policies and procedures and recognize out of compliance conditions and implement corrective action Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, hazard-free work area Track inventory using handheld scanners Collaborate with supervisors, forklift operators, and other warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely processing of shipments Support Inbound/Outbound Operations Breakdown and Put Away Duties Other duties as assigned SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Effective communication skills along with attention to detail and accuracy Dependability & Integrity Cooperation / Teamwork Adaptability / flexibility Takes initiative Creative problem solver EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Minimum High School diploma or equivalent, required Forklift experience, required Must have prior experience with an RF Scanner and pallet jack Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment Must be able to lift 50lbs or greater Final candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
