Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Colorado physical therapist license is required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Strong general clinical experience including post-operative care, sports injury management, and geriatric care. Required outpatient experience. Experience in home health and acute care is required due to multi-modality responsibilities. Ability to perform home health visits and travel to area facilities within a 60-mile radius. Candidate must be willing to float among sites within that radius. Manager interview and offer required prior to start. Preferred Qualifications Combined outpatient and inpatient experience is preferred. Experience with multi-modality caseloads preferred. Assignment Details Shift is Monday through Friday, M-F days. Schedule preference is 8-hour shifts, but 4x10 may be considered. Position requires travel to area facilities and home health visits within a 60-mile radius.
