Looking for Dependable, Compassionate HHA's and PCA's available Day shifts and every other weekends, Great Pay!Responsibilities for Home Health AidePerform personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and using the bathroomProvide patients with mobility assistanceFollow assignments and guidelines set by RNs, and/or LPN'sPrepare and submit all documentation by established deadlines in conjunction with policies and proceduresReport unusual behavior and any other pertinent patient information to supervisorShow flexibility in responding to the needs of the patientQualifications for Home Health Aide High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageHome Health Aide certificationMinimum of 6 months of work experience, preferably in home care, a skilled nursing facility, or hospital settingPossess and maintain current CPR certificationAbility to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsStrong reading, writing, and speaking skills (in English)Comfortable with little supervision
