Quality Manager

Quality Manager Position: Quality Assurance Manager Compensation: $90K - $130K Location: Denver, NC About the Role: We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives and ensure compliance across a precision manufacturing operation. This role will oversee quality systems, inspections, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement efforts while partnering with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain teams. Responsibilities: Lead the quality function and drive continuous improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, UL, and applicable quality standards Oversee incoming, in process, and final inspections Manage nonconformance investigations and corrective actions Utilize 8D, FMEA, 5 Whys, and root cause analysis methodologies Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives Maintain calibration programs, quality records, and document control Coordinate customer audits, supplier audits, and certification assessments Track quality KPIs and communicate results to leadership Train employees on quality standards and best practices Qualifications: 3+ years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 quality systems Knowledge of CAPA, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and root cause analysis Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or precision machining operations preferred Familiarity with injection molding, CNC machining, or sheet metal manufacturing is a plus CQE, CMQ, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills Benefits Competitive Salary Paid Holidays Paid Time Off and Vacation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k with Employer Match For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
