Client Operations Associate

Job Title: Client/Operations Associate Location: Spokane, WA Terms: Full-Time, no benefits Salary/rate: $45,000 annually Requirements: Monday-Friday and occasional Saturdays as necessary About us: Performance Windows is a window replacement sales company with offices in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Washington. About the role: In this role, the Client/Operations Associate will support the Market Owner, Follow up with Customers, and perform back office duties. Responsibilities: ● Maintain office (including supplies, general orderliness, and answer of customer calls, etc.) ● Perform Follow-Up visits with customer during install process ● Monitor reorders and work orders ● Monitor and update critical dates and tracking of critical measure process using Hubspot ● Retail sales ● Collection and uploading of window installation pictures ● Responsible for Job Progress tracking and Customer list for installer work ● Sign pick up ● Other duties as assigned by the Market Owner Candidate requirements: ● Valid Driver License with clean driving record ● Preference given for experience with: o General office duties o Software (Microsoft Office) o Hubspot Contact to apply Anyone interested in this position, please submit a resume online.
