Applies the sales business plan to grow the segment through new products and applications.Job Core ResponsibilitiesActively promote and sell InVeris virtual training productsCreate and maintain sales pipeline to sell Virtual product lineAttend trade shows and site demonstrations of productsManage all aspects of Virtual product lines to US Military agencies in their territoryManage CRM for assigned area leads/customersManage associated KPI's as it relates to sales forecastingCollaborate with Integrated product team on customer feedback to identify new training trendsMaximize customer relationships with the US Military organizations with in assigned territoryEnsure sales targets are met within the given deadlinesFollow up with leads through Salesforce (CRM) and other databases to generate opportunities Generate Proposal Request Documents based on customer requestsActs as the key interface between the customer and InVerisOther responsibilities as assignedConsistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significancePersonal Attributes Required For This PositionAbility to work independently and collaborate with multiple functionsAbility to travel domestically up to 60% of their time. (site demonstrations, trade shows, Business development/key account visits)Ability to independently provide technical demonstrations using InVeris products.Job SpecificationsEducation/ExperienceMinimum BS degree preferredSales experience neededThis position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
