Rankings, traffic, leads, and growth.Who This Role Is Perfect ForYou might be a great fit if:You’ve worked in-house or at a smaller companyYou’ve owned multiple areas of marketing (SEO, content, ads, etc.)You’re ready to shift from execution → strategy and coordinationYou’ll have a team (SEO, content, dev) behind you, so you can focus on guiding strategy and driving results.What You’ll Actually DoOwn client relationships and act as the primary point of contactUnderstand each client’s goals and align work to those outcomesCoordinate with SEO, content, and dev teams to move work forwardTrack performance (rankings, traffic, leads) and clearly communicate what’s working, what’s not, and what we’re doing nextLead client calls and explain what we’re doing and whyIdentify gaps, opportunities, and priorities across accountsWhat This Role Is NOTYou are not:Writing contentDoing technical SEOBuilding websitesYou are responsible for making sure those things get done, correctly and strategically.What We’re Looking For2–5+ years in digital marketing (agency or in-house)Solid understanding of:SEO fundamentalsPaid media/content basicsAnalytics (GA4, GSC, etc.)Strong communication skills (this is a client-facing role)Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accountsSomeone who takes ownership and doesn’t “pass tasks along”You’re expected to own outcomes, not just complete tasks, relay updates, or wait for direction.Expectations:Full-time, Monday–FridayTime tracking is part of how we operate and measure impactYou’ll receive regular feedback and are expected to apply itAbility to Commute:Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 (Required)Work Location: In person
