Our expertise lies in developing scalable eCommerce platforms, optimizing customer satisfaction, and managing online marketplaces like eBay.com and Amazon.com to drive sales growth and revenue for our clients.Job Title: RELEX Senior Consultant / LeadKey Responsibilities:RELEX Application Expertise: Leverage a minimum of 5 years of experience with RELEX applications, focusing on solution delivery, integration, and support for retail products.Business Logic Management: Design, create, and optimize business logic, including UI metrics configuration, ensuring alignment with project plans and stability of implementations.Project Coordination: Own the configuration plan, provide time estimates, and escalate issues to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with central best practice and product teams.Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze and resolve supply chain challenges using RELEX technology, providing expert consulting and support to enhance system performance.Product Development Support: Conduct acceptance testing and support high-quality product development by liaising with internal stakeholders.Advanced Application Support: Address complex support requests related to data integrity, scheduled runs, integration troubleshooting, and performance issues.SaaS Service Management: Maintain and upgrade RELEX software environments, ensuring smooth SaaS service operation.Knowledge Sharing & Mentorship: Develop and maintain a knowledge base for 1st level support, mentor junior team members, and promote effective knowledge sharing.Retail & ERP Integration: Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail application flows and ERP system integrations. Collaborate effectively with technical and legacy system teams.Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings to present project status, provide demos, and discuss solutions, contributing to successful project outcomes.Solution Design & Advisory: Develop comprehensive solution designs on Oracle Retail Cloud during pre-sales and delivery, with strong functional knowledge and a deep understanding of business pain points.Pre-Sales & Proposal Management: Engage in pre-sales activities, respond to RFI/RFPs, and contribute to the sales process to secure successful leads and proposals.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.RELEX certification is highly desirable.Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.Strong knowledge of Oracle analytics and retail modules.Location & Work EnvironmentWork Locations: Atlanta or Remote.Flexible Work Policy: Hybrid remote schedule available for eligible employees.This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic consulting, and effective team collaboration to deliver exceptional solutions and support for RELEX applications in a complex retail environment.
