About the RoleGPA Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Direct to Consumer fulfillment operation specializing in apparel. This is a high-visibility leadership role overseeing a team of 30+ associates and 2 supervisors in a dynamic, high-SKU environment where accuracy, speed, and service excellence are non-negotiable.What You'll OwnDay-to-day management of all warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, pick/pack, and returnsLeading, developing, and holding accountable a team of 30+ associates and 2 supervisorsProducing and analyzing daily and weekly KPIs — labor cost, productivity, accuracy, and throughputCommunicating directly with customers regarding order status, service issues, and operational performanceIdentifying and implementing process improvements that drive efficiency and reduce costMaintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring compliance with customer routing and compliance requirementsPartnering with senior leadership on forecasting, staffing, and operational planningWhat We're Looking For3–5+ years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a 3PL or DTC fulfillment environmentDemonstrated experience managing large teams (30+ employees) in a high-volume, high-SKU operationStrong analytical skills — you are comfortable building reports, reading data, and making decisions based on numbersExcellent communication skills — you can speak confidently with customers, present data to leadership, and deliver clear direction to your teamExperience in apparel fulfillment is a strong plusProficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelA natural leader who leads by example, develops talent, and builds accountability into the culture of the operationWho Thrives HereThis role is not for someone who manages from behind a desk.
