Construction Project Manager

A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager - Capital Projects. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial real estate projects from planning to closeout Interface with clients to prepare project elements, including scope, budget, and schedules Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity throughout the project Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices; ability to read architectural drawings Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; experience with Lucernex is beneficial Understanding of technical project scheduling to avoid work interruptions Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
