You leverage your Agile management skillset to continuously evolve product development process to reduce waste and improve efficiency. You will also help build strong communities and shape our culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement. Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to managementResponsibilitiesManage flow of work across multiple agile teams and take accountability to efficiently manage large and complex products launches across multiple teams.Leverage data and metrics to derive insights and continuously identify improvement opportunities. Drives these improvement opportunities to fruition.Be the champion of Agile Software Product development processes within a Value Stream and ensure agile processes are adhered to by teams during product development cycles.Lead the charge on building community, foster inter-team collaboration and the culture of continuous learning and continuous improvement across the entire Value Stream.Leads major software development planning events across multiple teams, manage dependencies and risks to the development plan, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within stakeholder expectations.Required Skills4-6 years of Agile Coaching experience.Scales Agile experienceExperience as a Release Train EngineerScrum Master experience.Experience overseeing multi-function product families.Experience with Agile Project Management tools such as Jira, Microsoft SharePoint, Miro and all office toolsProject Planning and Management experience.Tableau experience a plusExperience managing Software projects a plusJ-18808-Ljbffr
