Job DescriptionThe ideal person for this position must have sales experience. The focus will be developing new business through prospecting and cold calling and using your strong presentation and negotiating skills. You must also have a solid track record in successful selling. In this role, you will be involved in planning and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed profit and growth targets, identifying and adequately qualifying business opportunities, and opening new accounts while possibly expanding business at existing accounts.QualificationsAt least three years in the staffing industryA proven track record of breaking new accountsSuperior communication and customer service skillsEffective negotiation and closing techniquesThe ability to achieve and exceed sales quotasThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamHas vital networking and relationship-building skillsA professional demeanor, positive attitude, and engaging personalityA strong work ethic motivated by resultsThe ability to stay organizedPrioritize tasks without compromising the quality or service.Desired ExperienceHave a Bachelors DegreePrevious recruiting experienceStrong written and oral communication skills
