This position is responsible for program execution, analytics, partner performanceinsights, and operational improvement initiatives. The role does not include direct peoplemanagement and is ideal for a high-impact individual contributor who thrives at theintersection of strategy, data, and execution.What you'll be working on:Execute defined global MSP initiatives and operating plansTranslate strategic objectives into detailed workstreams, deliverables, and timelinesOwn day-to-day execution of assigned MSP programs and initiativesSupport design, documentation, and rollout of MSP partner programs and requirementsMaintain and track partner commitments, metrics, and complianceConduct partner performance analysis to identify opportunities and risksDevelop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking modelsAnalyze MSP revenue, partner engagement, and operational metricsProvide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadershipWork closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to support MSP executionCoordinate inputs and dependencies across teams to ensure progress and alignmentServe as a subject-matter contributor on MSP operations and partner metricsIdentify inefficiencies in MSP workflows, tools, and reportingDrive automation, standardization, and documentation of MSP processesPrepare executive-ready presentations, summaries, and analysisSupport QBRs, planning cycles, and internal reviewsProactively surface risks, dependencies, and recommendationsWhat you brin to the role: 6-8 years of experience in MSP operations, partner strategy, channel programs, or related rolesStrong hands-on experience executing programs and analyzing business performanceAdvanced Excel skills; comfort working with dashboards, models, and performance metricsWorking experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., for analysis, reporting, productivity, or automation)Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives independently PreferredExperience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environmentsDirect exposure to MSP partner ecosystemsWhat you'll get from us A team where you can voice your opinion, make an impact, and where you and your experience are valued. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, the budget for the position, and applicable employment laws.
