You will operate at the center of the organization—connecting teams, aligning schedules, and enabling leaders to focus on high-impact decisions.You will be responsible for managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.Key Areas Of Focus IncludeManaging complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and arranging detailed travel logisticsActing as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholdersPreparing high-quality reports, presentations, and executive communicationsReviewing board books and summarizing key insights, risks, and action items manually (without the use of AI tools)Supporting operational and administrative processes that improve efficiency across the executive officeYour work directly impacts how effectively leadership operates and how clearly information flows throughout the organization.Day in the LifeYou arrive at the Salt Lake City office around 7:45 AM, grab a coffee, and start your day by reviewing your executive’s calendar. You notice a scheduling conflict between a leadership sync and a client call, so you quickly coordinate with stakeholders to adjust timing while ensuring no priorities are compromised.By 9:00 AM, you might be sitting in on a weekly executive meeting with leaders in Operations and Finance, capturing key decisions and noting follow-ups. Later, you spend focused time reviewing a board book—carefully reading through financial updates and strategic initiatives, summarizing key risks, trends, and action items into a concise briefing for your executive. This work is done thoughtfully and independently, without reliance on AI tools, ensuring accuracy and judgment.As needed, you will coordinate travel for an upcoming leadership offsite, aligning flight schedules, accommodations, and meeting logistics.In the afternoon, you prepare a polished presentation for an executive review, ensuring messaging is clear and aligned. You field a few incoming requests, prioritize them effectively, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Before wrapping up, you confirm the next day’s schedule, ensuring your executive is fully prepared and nothing falls through the cracks.Each day brings variety, but your role remains constant: bringing order, clarity, and momentum to the executive team.Who You AreYou are a highly organized and proactive professional who thrives in a role where discretion, precision, and judgment are essential.
