Job Title: Part-time Doorman Location: Annapolis Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18-$18 per hour Benefits: ZayZoon (Early Access to Earned Wages) Job Description: GOLDLEAF is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Doorman to join our luxury cannabis dispensary team in Annapolis. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. Responsibilities: Greet guests with a smile and a warm welcome. Man the front door at all times, ensuring it is opened for every patient and guest. Escort patients and guests to and from their vehicles as needed. Assist with any security concerns, including patrolling the building and parking lot. Interact with the public professionally, providing assistance, directions, and responding to inquiries. Address and resolve customer disputes, handle intoxicated subjects, and manage criminal matters as needed. Report unusual events, incidents, or crimes to the supervisor or manager. Assist in emergencies, including medical or fire-related situations. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills. Ability to stand for 8+ hours at a time. Positive attitude with a commitment to providing top-notch service. Team-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen attention to detail. Valid Driver's License required. Must pass a background check. Must be 21 years old or older.
