Apply today and become part of the AirWorks team!RequirementsExperience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in plumbing, including installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential and light commercial settings.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, water filtration systems, and drainage systems.Licensing & Certification: Valid plumbing license required for the state of California; additional certifications (e.g., Backflow Prevention, OSHA) are a plus.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, crawlspaces, attics, and handle physically demanding tasks.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues effectively, offering customers clear solutions for repair or replacement.Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain plumbing issues and services clearly to customers.Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other technicians and office staff.Flexibility: Available for part-time or full-time hours, with on-call rotations for nights and weekends.Safety-Conscious: Commitment to following all safety protocols and compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and service outcomes.
