Client Care Manager
Overview
We are a national behavioral health provider looking to add a dedicated Client Care Manager to one of our locations. The perfect candidate would have healthcare experience and behavioral health experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
oversee facility collaboration of benefits
maintain and open line of communication between the facility and billing department
maintain an open line of communication between the facility, client, and family regarding all benefit related issues
understand and be knowledgeable of prior authorization processes for applicable treatment modalities in order to ensure the facility is reimbursed for services provided
understand a variety of healthcare plans and benefit-related issues in order to communicate effectively with clients, family, and staff
understand COBRA process when benefits have been terminated in order to effectively communicate options for ongoing treatment with clients, family, and staff
always maintain positive client interactions
always maintain a supportive work environment for all client care team members
all other duties as assigned
Experience
- Background in nursing or related healthcare field
- 1 year in healthcare related administration/management role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
