Position: Senior Engagement Lead with Investment Management, Data TransformationLocation: NY / NJDuration: Full TimeAbout:Client is scaling its Data Analytics & AI practice for investment management. This role leads a strategic engagement with a major global investment manager, transforming manually intensive, spreadsheet-bound investment-data operations into routed, agentic, verifiable workflows. The hardest and highest-value work sits in private instruments — OTC derivatives, private credit, private equity — where reference-data complexity defeats conventional automation. This is a senior leadership role that owns the solution thesis, the client relationship and the account's commercial trajectory — not a delivery-manager role.Must have Experience:10+ years in the investment management technology & operations: deep middle-office and securities-data exposureHands-on experience with a major enterprise portfolio & risk platform (e.g., Aladdin): security master, security-type taxonomy, data onboarding / interface files, risk analytics; ideally direct platform-implementation experiencePrivate-instrument reference-data expertise: OTC derivatives, private credit, private equity; terms & conditions, reset / index mechanicsData engineering & data-quality leadership at scale: reconciliation, exception management, market-data pipelinesMarket-data vendor fluency: e.g., LSEG, ICE, Bloomberg, Charles RiverAgentic AI solutioning: ability to design high-level workflows and define a verification / governance architecture around itRegards,Ruban Alwin – GalentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
