Job Title: Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist/Customer SupportDuration: 3+ Months Contract with possible extensionLocation: Bordentown, NJ 1 Day onsite 4 days Remote Key Responsibilities1–3 years administrative experience (automotive industry preferred) Working knowledge of computer usage including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills High attention to detail including precise data entry 1+ years’ experience in transportation field or automotive auction house 1+ years’ experience in sales or call center Monitoring order entry failures throughout the day and correcting them Dispatch negotiation and strong understanding of sales tactics to increase margin Demonstrate proficiency in making real-time phone calls through recorded lines to verify vehicle status with pickup sites
