Job Description Job Summary: Provide skilled physical therapy services to adult and adolescent patients, focusing on injury prevention, recovery, and functional improvement. Deliver comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities: Perform detailed patient assessments including fall risk and gross motor evaluations. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans targeting various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Manage a caseload of 25-30 cases weekly, optimizing patient visits for efficiency and quality care. Utilize NextGen EHR for documentation, progress notes, and billing in compliance with organizational standards. Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and post-operative care. Qualifications: Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist. Possess at least 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience. Demonstrate strong clinical skills in orthopedics and neurorehabilitation. Capable of managing a busy caseload with minimal supervision. Flexibility to work 4x10 hour shifts preferred.
