Physician (Family Medicine)Employment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking a Physician to provide the full scope of medical services within their field of training, including diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive services, and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation. This role follows established quality, risk management, infection control, safety, and customer service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice medicine within the scope of licensure, training, and credentialing in accordance with current standards of careProvide outpatient care in a family practice setting, serving patients of all ages, including prenatal carePrescribe and administer medications, therapies, immunizations, and other medical treatmentsOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and evaluate patient recordsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR while ensuring patient confidentialityProvide inpatient care for adult, newborn, and pediatric patients as requiredProvide inpatient obstetrical care if current competency is demonstratedParticipate in teaching and supervision activities within a family medicine residency programContribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational policy developmentAttend provider and faculty meetings as requiredCommunicate effectively with patients, staff, and clinical colleaguesPerform additional duties as assignedPhysical RequirementsAbility to remain stationary and move throughout clinical sites as neededFrequent use of computers, phones, and office equipmentAbility to lift or move up to 10 pounds occasionallyAbility to travel between clinical locationsFlexibility to cover additional shifts as neededQualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical schoolCompletion of an accredited residency programBoard certification in specialty (or eligible; certification required within 2 years of graduation)Active, unrestricted medical license (state-specific)Active DEA registration without restrictionCurrent CPR certification.
