Japanese Bilingual Vice President
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year, plus incentive based on achieving budgeted targets

Job Duties
Job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
1. General Description of Tasks
Serve as a strategic leader responsible for directing and expanding the company’s aviation business, with a primary focus on Aircraft and Engine parts-out business development.
Drive profitability through operational excellence, innovative business development, and effective team leadership, while ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
2. Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Strategic Business Development
Proactively develop and expand the Aircraft and Engine parts-out business.
Forecast new business trends in the aviation industry and implement standardized operational procedures to improve efficiency.
Identify and evaluate innovative business opportunities within the aviation industry.
Conduct comprehensive market research to support corporate needs and growth.
Identify and develop relationships with new clients and strategic partners.
Plan, analyze, manage, and achieve the annual budget for the supervised department in alignment with company financial goals.
Conduct cost analyses for future projects, promoting innovation and continuous improvement of corporate operations.
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable in accordance with company policies and regulations to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
Monitor risks and advise management through detailed risk management reports on new and existing business activities.
Operational Leadership
Monitor work progress and ensure alignment with company strategic goals.
Establish workflows, schedules, and operational procedures to ensure cost efficiency and maximize profitability.
Ensure timely execution of business development initiatives.
Executive Support & Communication
Provide administrative and operational support to the President/CEO and other executives, including general administrative tasks, preparation and maintenance of accurate records, research on new customers or products, and responses to special requests.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with corporate management and related departments.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop department staff to enhance performance, ensure knowledge transfer, and strengthen overall team capability.
Make personnel decisions including hiring, promotion, and performance management.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Note: This position may also perform other related duties as assigned by the President/CEO or other executives in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications
Experience: Typically 10+ years (minimum 8 years required)
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Japanese Language: Preferred at a professional working proficiency level
Experience in aircraft and engine parts-out operations
Established network within the aviation industry
Strategic and innovative thinking with strong business acumen
Project management and prioritization skills
Relationship building and negotiation skills
Team development and mentoring capabilities
Ability to speak, read, and write English required; Japanese language skills preferred
