Trust Administrator (Entry Level)
My client is seeking an Entry-Level Trust Administrator to join a well-established bank / trust company / family office in the Fairfield County, CT area.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is interested in wealth management, fiduciary services, and private client administration. You’ll gain direct exposure to trust operations, estate accounts, and high-net-worth client servicing while working closely with experienced Trust Officers and relationship managers.What You’ll Do:Support the daily administration of trust, estate, and fiduciary accounts Assist with client account activity including contributions, distributions, and reconciliations Help maintain accurate trust records and system updates Coordinate with custodians, advisors, attorneys, and internal teams Prepare basic reports, correspondence, and account documentation Support client servicing efforts with guidance from senior staff Ensure compliance with internal policies and fiduciary regulations What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred) 0–2 years of experience in banking, finance, accounting, or operations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and professionalism Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Interest in trusts, estates, or wealth management A willingness to learn and grow in a highly structured, client-focused environment Why This Role:This is a strong entry point into the private wealth and fiduciary industry, offering hands-on training and long-term career growth.
