Dental Program Director (Society Hill)

CareSouth Carolina is seeking a Dental Program Director to lead, grow, and elevate our dental services across the organization. This role goes beyond operations—you’ll help define strategy, expand access to care, and build a high-performing team that delivers real impact in our communities. What You’ll Do Lead the strategic direction and daily operations of our dental program Partner with executive leadership to drive growth, quality, and performance Strengthen recruitment, retention, and development of dental providers Oversee budgets, program initiatives, and key performance outcomes Collaborate across departments (clinical, HR, revenue cycle, IT) to improve systems and patient experience Ensure compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement across the department Represent CareSouth Carolina in the community and support outreach and program expansion What We’re Looking For A confident leader who can balance strategy with execution Strong operational and financial acumen, including budgeting and program development Someone who can influence across teams and build trust quickly A problem-solver who can navigate complexity and drive results Passion for community health and improving access to care Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred 3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or practice management Experience in a community health or FQHC setting is a plus Why This Role Matters This is a high-impact leadership role with visibility across the organization.
