VP of Operations

We are seeking a VP of Operations to oversee the establishment and continuous optimization of the company's overall operational framework. This role will work closely with the founding team, participate in key decision making, and drive the stable implementation of various business initiatives. from planning through to execution. Responsibilities:*  Establish and optimize the company's overall operational systems and processes.*  Drive cross-functional collaboration and execution for key strategic projects.*  Develop clear and efficient internal communication and collaboration mechanisms.*  Participate in managing the company's strategic cadence, supporting goal decomposition and execution progress.*  Support organizational and process optimization during periods of team expansion.*  Track key business metrics and continuously improve operational efficiency. Requirements:*  5–10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management.*  Background in the internet, technology, or a related industry is preferred.*  Experience working with early-stage teams (from inception/0-to-1 or during rapid growth phases) is a strong plus.*  Proven experience in cross-team or cross-functional collaboration and management.
