Part Time Leasing Agent * Bilingual Korean

We are seeking a highly qualified Leasing Agent for our apartments in the Koreatown area of Los Angeles. We are looking for someone that is a people person and is excellent at leasing apartments. There are growth opportunities. Our firm has been in business for over 70 years and we pride ourselves in having a great team of people to work with! JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lease luxury apartments and float to different properties as needed in the Los Angeles Area Oversee completion of all leasing paperwork and traffic reports. Strong attention to detail Monitor marketing results and develops marketing strategies to increase rental traffic. Ensure that online marketing tools are updated and current. Understand the competition and provide suggestions for ways to improve traffic. Report any notable maintenance deficiencies to property managers or supervisor Submit weekly reports and meet with building managers as necessary Flexible work hours: available for open houses on the weekends. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years experience as a leasing agent for a large apartment building or multiple apartment buildings. *Must be in the LOS ANGELES AREA You must be good at leasing apartments and know how to close the deal! We are looking for an excellent sales person. Professional enthusiasm, maintain a positive work environment and have flexible work hours Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to interact effectively and professionally with prospects, residents, contractors, and management.
