Our team is built on integrity, teamwork, efficiency, safety, and workforce expertise.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team and help lead impactful infrastructure projects across the region.ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive project estimates and bid proposalsReview plans, specifications, and contract documentsPerform quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsManage projects from award through closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules and budgetsCoordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and ownersTrack project costs, change orders, and production quantitiesAttend pre-bid meetings, progress meetings, and site visitsEnsure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company policiesAssist with procurement and subcontractor negotiationsMaintain strong communication with clients and internal teamsQualificationsExperience in heavy highway, civil, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure constructionExperience in project management, estimating, or bothStrong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and DOT requirementsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management/estimating softwareExperience with HeavyJob/HeavyBid, requiredValid driver’s license requiredPreferred SkillsOhio DOT or public infrastructure project experienceExperience with earthwork, asphalt, concrete, utilities, or structuresKnowledge of heavy civil construction operations and productionPay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation packageHealth, dental, and vision benefits401(k) planPaid time off and holidaysCareer growth opportunities within a growing companyTeam-oriented culture with strong leadership support
