The role also involves managing user identities, group policies, access controls, and providing support for upgrades or migrations.QualificationsExpertise in Active Directory management, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.Knowledge of Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) for identity and access management.Skills in implementing security protocols such as multi-factor authentication and access controls.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, automation, and system configurations.Experience with user identity management, group policy administration, and directory services integration.Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across teams.Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or relevant are a plus.
