Accounting Manager

We’re hiring an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations in a fully onsite role based in Denver. This is a hands-on position for an experienced leader with a strong public accounting and audit foundation who can ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, strengthen controls, and mentor a team.What You’ll DoOversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable, and financial reportingEnsure financial accuracy through reconciliations, reviews, and control processesManage and review commission and bonus calculationsSupport company tax preparation and compliance (international tax exposure is a plus)Assist with audit activities: prepare documentation, coordinate with external auditors, and support audit readinessLead, mentor, and develop accounting staff; promote best practices and performance standardsPartner with cross-functional teams to support planning and operational initiativesIdentify and implement improvements to processes and internal controlsWhat You Bring7+ years of accounting experience3+ years of public accounting experience (required)Auditing experience (required)Prior management/leadership experienceExperience with GL, AR, commissions/bonuses, and corporate tax processesStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelWork ArrangementFully onsite in Denver, CO
