Our mission is simple: to provide the ultimate recovery experience for the high-net-worth individual after a long day on the mountain. We are a fast-growing, European-backed startup opening our US operational hub in Westminster, Colorado, and we are looking for a driven sales leader to conquer the Rocky Mountain region.The Role:We are seeking a highly motivated, well-connected B2B Wholesale Sales Manager to build and manage our B2B retail footprint from the ground up. You will be the face of STRUMPFWERK in the US, targeting high-end ski boutiques, luxury lodge gift shops, and lucrative corporate gifting accounts. If you are a true "hunter" who loves closing deals, understands the nuances of selling a $120 premium product, and wants to write their own paycheck with uncapped commissions, this is your chance to get in on the ground floor of an exclusive luxury brand.What You Will Do:Hit the Numbers: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.Business Development: Prospect, pitch, and close high-end retail accounts across Colorado (Aspen, Vail, Boulder, etc.) and the broader US winter-sports market.Corporate Gifting: Open massive new revenue streams by pitching our exclusive "Architectural Diorama Vault" packaging to corporate clients (law firms, tech companies, luxury real estate brokers) as premium Q4 client gifts.Initial Hub Operations: Independently manage the dispatch of B2B orders and VIP sample boxes for the first 60-90 days to ensure smooth operations while the European CEO transitions fully to Colorado.Account Management: Build long-lasting relationships with boutique buyers, ensuring high re-order rates and flawless brand presentation at the point of sale.Trade Shows: Represent STRUMPFWERK at major industry events, including the Outdoor Market Alliance (OMA) and the Outdoor Retailer Snow Show.Market Strategy: Work directly with the European CEO to provide on-the-ground market feedback and help shape the US sales strategy.What You Bring:Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.Experience: 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in the premium apparel, outdoor, or luxury corporate gifting industry.Network: An existing "Rolodex" of retail buyers or corporate decision-makers in the Rocky Mountain region is a massive plus.Hunter Mentality: You are self-directed, resilient, and thrive on opening new doors.Hands-on Startup Mentality: You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You can seamlessly switch between pitching to a CEO in Aspen and shipping out a sample box from our Westminster hub.Communication: Exceptional presentation skills – you know how to sell a brand's story and heritage, not just a product.Mobility: Ability to travel frequently within Colorado (valid driver’s license required).Why STRUMPFWERK?
