Print Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Print Production professional with proven leadership skills in a fast-paced professional services firm environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under deadlines, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and has strong technical expertise in document production and print systems.Shift & HoursMonday thru Thursday 12pm -9pmSundays 12pm -1am (You will receive car service at the end of your shift, after 9pm)OFF on Fridays and SaturdaysOvertime is available, and must be flexibleKey Responsibilities:Work independently on a night shift with no supervisionOversee daily print production operations, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of documentsManage high-volume printing, copying, binding, and finishing tasksCoordinate workflow priorities and meet strict deadlinesTroubleshoot equipment and production issues as they ariseMaintain and operate production printers and related systemsEnsure compliance with firm standards and confidentiality requirementsRequired Qualifications:Prior experience in legal/banking print production or document services within a professional services environment is preferredDemonstrated leadership experienceStrong working knowledge of print production printers/copiersAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyStrong communication and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityPreferred Qualifications:Experience working in a high-volume corporate print environmentAdvanced troubleshooting skills for print and finishing equipmentHS Diploma is a mustIf you are a motivated leader with strong legal print production experience, we encourage you to apply and become a key part of our operations team.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, origin, disability, or military status.Internal candidates only: The compensation outlined is applicable for candidates who fully meet the qualifications of the role based on their education and experience.
