Export Sales Operations Associate (Entry, Bilingual Korean) (CA)

Job SummaryThe Export Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end order processing, accountsreceivable management, and financial tracking for Nongshim USA's export sales channels. Thisrole serves as the primary operational liaison between the sales team, customers (brokers,supermarkets, wholesalers, and distributors), and internal departments to ensure seamlessexport transactions, timely payment collection, and accurate financial reporting. Job DescriptionProcess and track export orders from receipt through delivery; generate customerinvoices, monitor payment collection, and calculate broker commissions per contractualagreementsManage accounts receivable by reconciling customer accounts, clearing partial balances(prioritizing 60+ days outstanding), and resolving payment discrepancies throughresearch and collaboration with sales teamPrepare and distribute weekly AR reports detailing non-payments, irregularities, andanomalies to sales support, account executives, and managers; implement collectionstrategies to minimize outstanding receivablesMaintain and track departmental budget and promotional expenses; process budgetapprovals and generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly expense reportsMonitor and analyze expenditures against budget allocations; compare promotionalexpenses across periods using master data and identify cost-saving opportunitiesCoordinate monthly closing processes by monitoring sales performance against goalsand ensuring successful completion of financial targetsPrepare monthly sales forecasts with volume updates and provide forecast data toSupply Chain Management (SCM) for production planning and demand analysisCoordinate with logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure on-time orderfulfillment and maintain organized documentation for all export transactions QualificationsBilingual in Korean and English (preferred)Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Finance, or related field, OR equivalent work experience2+ years of experience in export operations, order processing, or accounts receivableStrong understanding of export documentation and international trade practicesExperience working with brokers, distributors, and wholesalersProficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills What's On Offer100% coverage for Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (Fully paid by company)401K Matching up to 4%Cellphones AllowancesMileage reimbursementEmployee DiscountsPaid VacationPaid Sick Days10 Paid HolidaysPaid Bereavement LeaveEmployee development programOn-Job Training ProgramCareer-PathLunch Catering for employeesVarious Team building programsHealth WellnessJob Type: Full-time
