Summary:
As the first and last point of contact for dining guests, this individual plays a key role in creating a positive dining experience through exceptional customer service, efficient cashiering, and professional hospitality. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced food and beverage setting.
Responsibilities:
1. Welcomes guests in a friendly and timely manner; maintains superior customer service to all guests at all times.
2. Completes all financial transactions in a friendly and timely manner.
3. Completes all tasks required to receive a daily MNGE vault issued bank, including reporting and tips reconciliations.
4. Actively complies with all Title 31 regulations as required/instructed.
5. Manages reservations and wait lists.
6. Properly seats guests following the assigned rotation of sections to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Adheres to proper phone etiquette as directed by Management.
8. Ensures Host areas are kept clean and presentable at all times.
9. Assists team members as needed while promoting a positive teamwork environment.
10. Ability to perform all duties associated with all Food & Beverage operations and all related and compatible duties as required and/or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED EXPERIENCE
One year experience in a high volume food and beverage operations with multiple venue responsibilities, casino experience preferred.
Cash handling skills strongly recommended
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
MCN OPG Gaming License is required.
Key positions require knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements.
Food Handler’s Card is required for all F&B positions.
Liquor License from the Able Commission is also required for F&B front of house positions.
Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.
