Machine Operator

Role Summary Our Fairfield, New Jersey location is looking for a talented and committed Machine Operator to support our manufacturing operations. You will be instrumental in keeping our production lines running effectively by managing equipment and addressing technical challenges. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their precision and enjoy solving complex mechanical problems. Core Duties Configure, run, and oversee diverse equipment while strictly following all quality and safety guidelines. Observe equipment during active production to guarantee high-quality results and peak efficiency. Identify and fix mechanical malfunctions to minimize downtime during manufacturing cycles. Conduct regular equipment checks and execute necessary preventive maintenance tasks. Record production metrics to help the team maintain precise logs of equipment output. Work alongside colleagues to refine workflows and boost overall department output. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety procedures. Requirements Completion of high school or a GED, with preference given to those possessing specialized technical training. Demonstrated background working as a machine operator or in a comparable industrial position. Solid mechanical understanding and the ability to resolve issues effectively. Capability to analyze and comprehend technical schematics and blueprints. Knowledge of standard safety policies and industry best practices within a production facility. High level of precision and the ability to contribute both individually and collaboratively. Openness to maintaining a flexible schedule, with the capacity to work extra hours when required.
