Description Cadence McShane is looking for a Safety Coordinator ! As a Safety Coordinator at Cadence McShane Construction, you will play a pivotal role in championing environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance across construction projects, while fostering a culture of safety and collaboration. Working with multiple project teams, you will conduct on-site training, implement safety programs, and drive operational excellence in adherence to federal, state, and company regulations. Conduct safety training, audits, inspections, and incident investigations. Maintain EHS documentation, reporting, and compliance records. Partner with project teams to promote a strong safety culture and best practices. Liaise with regulatory agencies and monitor changes affecting project operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or a related field 4+ years’ experience in construction safety OSHA 30-hour training Bilingual in Spanish preferred Full-time, in-person role at assigned jobsite or office Valid U.S. Driver’s License and own car required.
