Project/Program Manager - Aviation

STV is seeking a Project/Program Manager to join our national aviation team to oversee and direct airport terminal improvements across major airports nationwide.ResponsibilitiesProvide project management, technical oversight and leadership for all phases of aviation projects, including business case development, stakeholder engagement, design management, procurement, permitting, scheduling, delivery, cost and change management, safety, quality control, and ORAT.Provide guidance to discipline managers and contractors on risk management, schedule and budget performance.Ensure high-quality delivery that exceeds client expectations.Develop project-level processes, procedures, controls and governance aligned with overall goals.Manage all aspects of project planning and development: engineering, pre-construction/construction bidding, schedules, cost estimating, budget oversight, systems and facility integration, and commissioning/activation.Coordinate with stakeholders—airport operating divisions, airline operations, regulatory agencies, and delivery partners—to support project execution.Develop overall program schedule, integrating project-level schedules.Use earned-value management to track and manage the program and projects.Schedule and conduct design and/or construction progress meetings.Drive planning, design, and construction deliverables to meet deliverable dates.Present progress to stakeholders and partners.Leverage electronic tools including Primavera P6, PMIS, and other software systems.Maintain traffic and phasing plans, utility shutdown requests, impact notices, disruption notices, contingency planning, and other tasks as needed.Preferred QualificationsExperience managing capital projects/programs over $10M.Knowledge of airport operations, design, and construction of airport facilities.Experience overseeing multiple construction activities concurrently in a complex capital infrastructure project.Required Education / AccreditationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.Comparable experience may substitute for educational requirements.Compensation Range: $143,435.23 – $163,925.98BenefitsHealth insurance with Health Savings Account optionDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care, Transit & Parking where applicable)Disability insuranceLife Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment401(k) PlanRetirement counselingEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time Off (starting at 16 days)Paid Holidays (9 days)Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year)Parental Leave (up to 80 hours)Continuing Education ProgramProfessional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
