EHR Data Integrity Spec - Remote

No weekends or evenings -- Monday thru FridayPaid holidays and paid time offRapidly growing team with opportunities for advancementCompetitive compensationBenefits packageData Integrity Specialist Responsibilities AreManage multiple data migration projects simultaneously and maintain project status reporting for LeadershipPlan, implement and manage the migration of data between the source/legacy system and eClinicalWorks EHR systemDevelops detailed analysis, appropriate timelines, and testing parametersParticipates in weekly data migration calls with eCWCoordinate data extraction (including initiation of work order and arranging for payment as needed) from source/legacy system for delivery to eClinicalWorksComplete data mapping documents for test and final migrations identifying gaps in data requirements and informing the implementation team of suchLead mapping review meetings with all stakeholders delivering completed mappings to eCW for migrationPerform and document validation findings for both test and production migrations ensuring accuracyWork with EHR Implementation project team leads to prioritize business and information needsServe as primary point of contact for all data migration project communications including timelines, project status and outcomesIdentify new process improvement opportunities while developing repeatable processes for efficiently collecting and standardizing data needed for integrationResponsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of informationEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for all migrated dataLearns project management activities through mentorshipOther duties as needed to support the organizational mission and goalsProvides coverage in other areas as scheduledData Entry Operator Requirements AreCompletion of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or comparable industry experiencePrior experience with eClinicalWorks EMR preferredPrevious data migration experience preferredWork independently without direct supervision while maintaining professional discretionStrong verbal and written communication skillsSkill in organizing, establishing priorities and meeting deadlinesCultivate professional relationships based on trust and subject matter expertiseAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical personnelAbility to resolve conflict, communicate effectively and work collaboratively across multiple organizationsAbility to operate standard computer-based business tools (including, but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel)We offer a comprehensive benefits package to our eligible employees:,401(k) retirement plans with employer Safe Harbor Non-Elective Contributions of 3%Discretionary Profit-Sharing Contributions of up to 4%Health insuranceEmployer Contributions to HSA’s and HRA’sDental insuranceVision insuranceFlexible Spending AccountsVoluntary Life insuranceVoluntary Disability insuranceAccident InsuranceHospital Indemnity InsuranceCritical Illness InsuranceIdentity Theft InsuranceLegal InsurancePaid time offDiscounts at local fitness clubsDiscounts at AT&TAdditionally, Gastro Health participates in a program called Tickets at Work that provides discounts on concerts, travel, movies, and more.Gastro Health is the one of the largest gastroenterology multi-specialty groups in the United States, with over 130+ locations throughout the country.
