Part-Time Showroom Sales Specialist
Location: Ft Worth, Texas, United States, 76117Part-Time Showroom Sales SpecialistJob OverviewDal-Tile is seeking a Showroom Sales Specialist who will provide interior design and product selection advice, serve as a selling tool to drive sales and brand awareness, and support customers throughout the purchasing process. This is a part-time position requiring Saturday work and evening/weekend hours.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide interior design advice and product expertise; facilitate tile and stone selection and project development/support.Use Auto-CAD for project management where applicable.Log all client showroom visits, contact information, and detailed preferences in CMT.Communicate with customers and internal team to follow leads, track, and close sales; report monthly closures.Prospect new business among custom builders and residential designers; make outside sales calls and follow up on leads.Maintain showroom samples and merchandising; order, receive, and display models and products.Ship customer examples as needed and coordinate with suppliers/vendors for current offerings.Plan and host showroom tours and events for industry trade; attend outside trade events to build brand awareness.Required Experience and KnowledgeFour-year degree in a related field, four years of related experience, or a combination of a two-year degree with two years of experience.Competencies in sales/customer engagement, customer service, design/sketching, reading blueprints, color coordination, interior design trends, customer buying habits, and creative thinking.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.Computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); customer-management tools a plus.Excellent oral, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.Other Pertinent Job InformationRegular standing, use of hands, reaching, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling; may need to sit, climb or balance.May lift and move up to 80 pounds.Vision requirements: close vision, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment.Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, varying temperatures.Noise level usually loud.Reasonable accommodations for disabilities are available.BenefitsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package; career opportunities; employee purchase discount; tuition reimbursement; company match on 401k.EEO StatementMohawk Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer including disability/veteran committed to an inclusive workplace and a proud Drugs Don't Work participant.Dal-Tile welcomes U.S. military, veterans, and transitioning service members; active military, transitioning service members, and veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.J-18808-Ljbffr
