Are you detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? Crossroads Courier is looking for a reliable and dedicated Dispatch Support Representative to support our courier team and ensure timely, accurate deliveries to our customers.
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Pay: $20–$22/hour (Biweekly Pay)
What You’ll Do:
Provide logistical and operational support to courier contractors on the road
Ensure exceptional customer service for internal teams and external clients
Dispatch jobs to independent contractors and verify order deliveries
Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and generating reports
Collaborate on special projects and identify process improvement opportunities
Assist with light warehouse duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, time-sensitive role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear communication abilities, both verbal and written
Confidence in decision-making during high-pressure situations
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and shift focus as needed
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Willingness to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
High School Diploma or GED required
