Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Auburn, ME, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Real Estate Agent at The Fletcher Group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, advising them on property purchases, sales, or rentals. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, assessing property values, preparing contracts and offers, and guiding clients through transactions. You will collaborate with other brokers to meet team goals and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
