Your work will enable data to be updated and shared in real-time and will help drive more informed and timely decisions in matters of national security.Designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack software applicationsBuilding reusable and modular software components that support multiple systemsDeveloping user-facing applications using modern JavaScript frameworksImplementing and optimizing backend services using object-oriented programming principlesEvaluating software architecture and recommending performance improvementsCollaborating with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements and technical solutionsReviewing code, testing software components, and resolving software defectsSupporting software delivery and sustainment through modern development practicesClearanceA current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.Experience Fourteen (14) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.Required Technical SkillsExperience with all aspects of full-stack software developmentExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or AngularExperience developing software using object-oriented languages such as Java and JavaScriptExperience designing and developing modular, reusable software componentsFamiliarity with Section 508 accessibility requirementsExperience working throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and sustainmentDesired Technical SkillsExperience developing web-based geospatial applications using tools such as Leaflet.jsTechnical leadership, team lead, or mentoring experienceProactive technical customer service and stakeholder engagement experienceExperience optimizing solutions across multiple applications, teams, or technologyExperience using CI/CD pipelines for consistent deliveryBenefitsErias Ventures provides a complete package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits.
