OverviewThis is a temporary/seasonal position.Position is responsible for assisting the Chief of Staff in developing strategies to move the city forward and finding solutions to complex problems.Position ResponsibilitiesAssists in the planning and management of large projects.Identifies range of possible outcomes for proposed strategies for entire agency.Researches and reports information necessary to make decisions.Assists Chief of Staff in daily duties and tasks.This list of duties and responsibilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.QualificationsPosition is open to students who are currently working toward a bachelor's degree. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to think critically and problem solve. Effective oral and written communication. Ability to prioritize multiple projects. Attention to detail.If your qualifications meet the requirements of the posted position, your application will be referred to the hiring agency.
