Position Overview: The ENT Specialist will: Deliver comprehensive ENT care to a large referral base See patients per day in clinic Perform surgeries at: • Blanchard Valley Hospital • Bluffton Hospital • Findlay Surgery Center Utilize four da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots with Table Motion Collaborate with onsite audiology and specialties like Allergy, Endocrinology, Neurosurgery Practice in a team-based model with APPs and hospitalists Take backup call only (APPs handle primary call) Work in a collegial, wellness-focused culture Influence schedule, patient volume, and practice model Access Mayo Clinic eConsults, eBoards, and educational tools Optional teaching of medical and advanced practice trainees Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Up to $750,000/year Bonuses Include: ️ Sign-on Bonus ️ Relocation Assistance ️ Stipend ️ Productivity Bonus ️ Other Incentives Loan Repayment Support (monthly, quarterly, or annually) CME Stipend Provided Full-time role with a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit employer Emphasis on wellness, flexibility, and physician autonomy Requirements: ️ Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 5 years, planning to test) REQUIRED ️ Ohio license or willing to obtain REQUIRED ️ Date of last communication with candidate REQUIRED ️ Why is candidate interested in BVHS?
