Service Customer Service Representative

**Appointment scheduling:**Proactively call customers to schedule regular maintenance, recalls, and preventive services. Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows. **Inbound communication:**Answer phone calls and respond to emails and other online inquiries from potential and existing customers regarding service, promotions, and vehicle information. **Customer follow-up:**Perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and encourage future business. **Lead management:**Utilize a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to log all customer interactions, track leads, and manage follow-up activities. **Information and support:**Provide customers with information on services, parts, and warranty issues. Help resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $26.00 per hour
