Key Responsibilities: Software Management: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Hubspot and other business-critical software platforms used across departments. Customization and Integration: Work with teams to customize the HubSpot platform to meet organizational needs, ensuring smooth integration with other tools. Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on software usage and best practices. Develop user guides and documentation. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to identify and implement software-based process improvements, workflows, and automation. Data Management: Manage data integrity within HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy, de-duplication, and proper reporting. Assist in generating reports and dashboards for business insights. Project Management: Lead and manage software-related projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Vendor Relations: Liaise with software vendors to stay current on product updates, troubleshoot issues, and manage licenses. Compliance and Security: Ensure that the usage of software is in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations regarding data security and privacy. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Experience: 2-5 years of experience managing business software platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and integrations (e.g., HubSpot & API knowledge) required. Proficient in data management, segmentation, and reporting. Familiarity with coding or scripting languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, generate actionable insights, and recommend optimizations to improve software usage. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications: · HubSpot certifications (HubSpot CRM, HubSpot Marketing, Sales Pro and Service Pro Experience in SaaS or tech-driven companies.
