OverviewTRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking to fill a 2nd shift Site Supervisor position in Princeton, IN.Overall PurposeEnsure the quality service and support of all mission actives at a location they are assignedEnsure that all Company/Customer mission guidelines are being adhered to and meet quality standardsSupport and contribute to the company Quality Policies & QMSReports toSite Manager / Regional ManagerResponsibilitiesEstablishing and maintaining relationships with customers and site personnelDaily communications with various stakeholders at the site levelEnsure clear and transparent communication to clientsOperationsSet up and supervise missionsStaffing of missionsCoordinate changes in missionsConduct ongoing audits of effectiveness of work being performedPerform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications to insure compliance to quality standards and specificationsComplete audits to ensure work instructions and policies are followedCoordinate Site Leaders daily schedules/activities to ensure successful daily operationsPosition has potential for permanent disability, loss of life, loss of body part, or extensive loss of structure; (specific WI's will detail precautions)Demonstrates commitment to reduce the risk of workplace accidentsMust comply with local and company Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policiesOrganization & managementInsures all site personnel receive corporate communicationsPartner with Human Resources for performance and attendance issue resolutionAct as a liaison between Site Manager and site leadersCreate and maintain a 5S working environmentDevelop and retaining teamsTechnicalUpdate daily system entries in company and Customer portalsCreate and maintain customer and company reportsAnalyzing technical requirements for customers jobs/missions (existing or upcoming)Troubleshoot and problem solve with the supplier and customer for issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spillsCreate electronic work instructions and have the ability to navigate company and customer websites and portalsHard SkillsProficiency in EnglishComputer skills - Microsoft Office and OutlookAbility to lift/ move 50 lbs.Writing work instructionsGlobal team spiritTeam playerCaring for peopleOpen-mindedReactiveResilient to pressureRigorousClient orientedReliable & trustworthyFlexibleInitiativeAutonomousInnovativeDaring2+ years of work experience in a supervisory role2+ year in Quality related position preferredEducation backgroundHigh school diploma or equivalent2/4 year degree preferred or equivalent experienceAbout TRIGO Global Quality SolutionsFounded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
