Senior Software Test Analyst (onsite Lansing, MI)

Senior Software Test Analyst Location: Lansing, Michigan (Hybrid)Rate: $40 - $55/hr +/-Duration: 1 year with possible extensionOn-site Requirement: In-person interviews required; on-site two days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Candidates must be local (within 70 miles) or willing to relocate at their own expense.Must Have / Required Skills8+ years of software quality assurance and automated testing experience.Proficient in Playwright (Python) and Pytest for automation.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong knowledge of SQL for data validation and integrity.Background with Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Pipelines, Test Plans).Ability to lead QA activities, including mentoring junior testers.Familiarity with tools like Locust, JMeter, or LoadRunner for performance testing.Strong documentation skills related to defects and test coverage.Key ResponsibilitiesLead QA strategy and implement best practices for enterprise applications.Mentor junior QA engineers and guide technical development.Design automation frameworks and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.Execute API testing and conduct performance/load tests.Ensure compliance with security standards (PCI, GDPR) and accessibility guidelines.Manage test cases, reporting, and documentation creation.Oversee test environment set-up and test data management.Note: References are required upon submission to our client; please be prepared to include 2-3 professional references with contact details.Peoplelink LLC, a leader in the staffing industry for the past 33 years, continues our vision of ‘linking’ communities through employment.
