In this position you will be responsible for a wide range of refrigeration service for both ammonia and Freon applications.#shambaugh #LI-TS #LI-OnsiteEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesRefrigeration troubleshooting and preventative maintenance support for industrial refrigeration applicationsReading and comprehension electrical schematics, piping isometrics and equipment layoutsAccurately processing startup forms, daily tasking, and required PSM documentsResponding to emergency service calls for ammonia and freon refrigeration systemsExtensive knowledge of screw and reciprocal compressors, electrical and controls troubleshootingAdherence to all S&S safety guidelines and programsAbility to work both unsupervised and with all team membersRETA certification preferredResponding to after-hour emergency callsOther duties as assignedQualificationsMinimum of 5 years work experience in refrigeration serviceValid driver's license and a safe driving recordPhysically able to climb ladders, work at high elevations, and lift objects up to fifty poundsMust be able to pass physical examination and Respirator Fit TestingAvailability to be on call nights and/or weekends as requiredBasic computer skills (electronic documentation via tablets)Ability to multi-taskExcellent customer service and communication skillsAttention to detail and work with a sense of urgencyHighly organized, self-motivated and a strong work ethicRegular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as requiredEqual Opportunity EmployerAs a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
