DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Gladewater, TX. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical skills, compassion, and a commitment to improving the health and well-being of patients across all ages.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide full-scope primary care including preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute carePerform patient assessments, routine physical exams, and screeningsOrder, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests and imagingDevelop individualized treatment plans and ensure continuity of careEducate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease managementCollaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare teamDocument all encounters accurately and timely in the EMRQualificationsCurrent Texas license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantNational certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)Prior experience in family medicine or primary care preferredExcellent clinical and communication skillsStrong commitment to patient-centered care and teamworkSchedule & CompensationMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMOutpatient only Competitive compensation based on experienceComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
